About Us
What Does Kinsphere Mean?
The name Kinsphere reflects everything we stand for: kinship, connection, and a shared sphere of growth.
From the beginning, I built this business with the intention of supporting impact-driven businesses working towards a regenerative future - where building a business also means honoring the stories, values, and people behind it.
The “kin” in our name represents the deep, values-driven connection we foster with community, while “sphere” speaks to the reach and lasting impact we strive for.
Our Vision
Globalization, climate change, and systemic inequalities continue to disproportionately harm marginalized communities, often resulting in cultural erosion, economic instability, and displacement.
By amplifying the work of community development organizations, we hope to strengthen how their organization’s and community’s work is seen, understood and supported.
Our aim is to bring more people into the conversation - more informed on and involved with the culture, history, and stewards of the lands - to move towards a collective, shared future sustainable for generations to come.
Meet the Founder
Amanda Pandey
Hi, I’m Amanda! My background spans across early-stage start-ups, scaling companies, and small businesses - including my own - giving me a deep understanding of what it takes to build something from the ground up. I've worked in mission-driven companies across industries like tech, wellness, education, and healthcare, experiencing first-hand the challenges that come with scaling, brand positioning, and leadership. Through this work, I've seen how access to the right strategy and support can transform not just a business, but the confidence of the people behind it. Now, I focus on helping mission-driven founders step into their leadership, refine their vision, and build brands that reflect their passion and purpose.
The Values That Guide Our Mission
-
Sustainability is at the heart of everything we do - environmentally, culturally, and economically.
Our work prioritizes long-term viability, ensuring that stories, initiatives, and local economies can continue to thrive without dependency on outside extraction.
-
We work in partnership with communities and organizations in a way that allows their stories, knowledge, and lived experiences to lead the way.
-
As globalization accelerates, many communities are increasingly pressured to dilute their culture to fit dominant social and economic norms.
We believe in an intercultural future where multiple ways of living, creating, and belonging can coexist. And where communities are not required to erase parts of themselves to be seen, supported, and sustained.
-
“I am because we are; and since we are, therefore I am.” - John. S Mbiti
We approach our work with the understanding that communities are ecosystems. Each individual effort, story, or initiative carries with it the context of collective history, relationships, and futures.
Our role is to strengthen and build upon our interconnectedness.
