The Goal

Florra, a locally owned wellness and self-care boutique in Campbell, CA, came to us with the goal of growing brand awareness in a way that aligned with their mission and values. A key focus was increasing foot traffic to their custom Scent Bar experience and bringing more visibility to this unique in-store offering.

Content Strategy & Creation

Increase overall visibility for Florra’s boutique, especially highlighting the signature Scent Bar experience, to drive both in-store foot traffic and social media engagement.

How we made it happen:

  2. Content Pillars Development: Defined Florra’s content pillars to ensure every post reinforced Florra’s identity.

  3. Monthly Content Calendar: Crafted a balanced 4‑week calendar blending pillar-focused posts, relevant TikTok/Instagram trends, and on-brand audio to maintain consistency and maximize reach.

  4. Strategic Reel Creation: Conceptualized, filmed, and edited a targeted reel showcasing the Scent Bar process, using high-quality visuals and a compelling hook, to spotlight the experience and attract attention.

Influencer Marketing

We developed an influencer marketing strategy featuring nano-and micro-influencers across the Bay Area to highlight Florra’s in-store Scent Bar experience. With a focus on diversity of audience and brand fit, the goal was not only to drive awareness, but to test content resonance across different creator niches - making space for organic discovery and unique entry points into Florra’s brand.

Through this approach, we were able to position the Scent Bar as a personalized, buzzworthy experience, increasing brand visibility, building lasting relationships, and offering authentic social proof. 

How we made it happen:

  • Carefully curated a list of influencers based on engagement rate, content quality, local reach, and brand alignment.

  • Built an influencer outreach tracker to organize contact info and track outreach.

  • Designed plug-and-play outreach templates that reflected Florra’s tone and made it easy for the team to connect with influencers confidently and consistently. 


RESULTS

In just two months, Florra successfully collaborated with 8 local influencers, resulting in:

55,093 total views

2,929 combined engagements (likes, comments, shares)

Average engagement rates that outperformed influencers’ average post engagements
